Responsibilities
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations for enterprise environments
- Develop and implement security monitoring strategies using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of critical infrastructure
- Design and maintain security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection)
- Provide security awareness training to stakeholders
- Generate comprehensive security reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, STIX)
- Proficiency with security automation tools (Python, Ansible)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and compliance frameworks (NIST, GDPR)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
