Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting systems for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to design A/B tests and measure campaign effectiveness
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and data narratives
- Implement data governance frameworks ensuring quality and compliance standards
- Mentor junior analysts and improve team-wide analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent business acumen and stakeholder communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating complex analytical projects
