Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
- Optimize application performance and ensure strict code quality standards are met.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust, long-term fixes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a remote or hybrid setting.
