Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of distributed systems
- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Kotlin
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
