Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust security controls across cloud and hybrid infrastructure
- Lead incident response investigations, including threat hunting and digital forensics
- Develop and execute penetration testing strategies for enterprise systems
- Create comprehensive security documentation and compliance reports (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 2+ years in incident response
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC (e.g., GCFA, GCIH)
- Expertise in threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, STIX)
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network security tools
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environment
