The Role
You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software features using modern languages and frameworks.
- Code Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while actively participating in peer code reviews.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product stability and security.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices within the team.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment of updates to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java with a strong understanding of OOP principles.
- Frontend Skills: Strong experience with React or Angular.
- Backend Skills: Experience with Node.js, Express, or Spring Boot.
- Databases: Solid knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
