Job Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of core product features, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver world-class software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team setting.
