Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, perform root cause analysis for complex issues, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, or a similar language.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
