Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, distributed software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure 99.99% uptime and performance.
- Participate actively in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy discussions.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and/or Python/Java.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives.
