Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure code quality and team alignment.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure software reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
