Responsibilities
- Develop & Design: Architect, design, and implement high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for existing applications, performing regular code reviews.
- Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Testing: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, and deployment.
- Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation for APIs, code, and system architecture.
- Technical Guidance: Mentor junior developers and provide technical expertise to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Frameworks: Solid understanding of web frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
