Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and AWS
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Architect secure REST APIs handling 10k+ requests/minute
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/Redis) for low-latency transactions
- Implement real-time fraud detection algorithms using Python/Machine Learning
- Conduct quarterly tech debt sprints with 20% time allocation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development with Java/Spring Boot
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Strong grasp of clean code principles and TDD methodology
- Experience leading agile projects with JIRA/Confluence
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production-level systems
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
