Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Optimize system performance through advanced profiling, caching strategies, and database tuning
- Lead technical sprint planning and conduct code reviews for team members
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS services and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architectural discussions
- Contribute to technical documentation and API specification standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, message queues, and event-driven design
- Proven experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficient in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest) and TDD/BDD methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to optimize complex algorithms
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
