Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions for aerospace defense systems
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver mission-critical projects on aggressive timelines
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance standards (NIST, CMMC)
- Optimize system performance through advanced algorithm design and code optimization
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct comprehensive code reviews
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless system integration

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming with Java/C++/Python
- Expertise in real-time systems and embedded software development
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Strong background in software lifecycle management (Agile/Scrum)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Demonstrated experience with cryptographic protocols and secure coding practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in regulated environments
