Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Architect high-throughput data processing systems with Kafka and Spark
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions
- Champion DevOps best practices and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud deployment
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Proven track record optimizing system performance at scale
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
