Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Present complex data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Optimize data pipelines and query performance to support real-time analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, stored procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
