Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency across all datasets
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and narrative-driven storytelling
- Contribute to A/B testing frameworks to optimize digital product performance
- Maintain and enhance data infrastructure using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in SQL with complex query optimization skills
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Python (Pandas/NumPy)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experimental design experience
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with healthcare data compliance (HIPAA) preferred
