Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, including support for weekend maintenance cycles.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring high standards for code reviews.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
