Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Python.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define features and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability, implementing caching strategies and database optimizations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug code to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Participate in architectural planning and technical decision-making to guide the long-term technical vision of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#).
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
