Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern microservices architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Code Quality: Write robust, maintainable, and well-tested code; conduct and participate in rigorous code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Identify system bottlenecks and implement performance improvements to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for engineering excellence within the team.
- Cloud Integration: Manage and optimize infrastructure on AWS/Azure, ensuring security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is required.
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a remote-first culture.
