Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced analytical models to uncover market trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple SQL databases and cloud platforms
- Lead ad-hoc projects addressing critical business questions across North Carolina markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into business strategies
- Remote work experience with excellent self-management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
