- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Optimize data pipelines and improve data governance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
