Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, UX designers, and QA engineersâto define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and strict coding standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and facilitate team knowledge sharing.
- Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is accepted.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
