Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed computing systems for large-scale AI model training
- Optimize deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) on NVIDIA GPU architectures
- Develop containerized solutions using Kubernetes and Docker for deployment flexibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and product specifications
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain engineering excellence
- Research emerging AI/ML technologies and propose innovative architectural improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with Python/C++/Java
- Expertise in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Proven track record building production-grade AI/ML infrastructure
- Strong understanding of GPU programming and CUDA architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Published research in ML systems or relevant conferences (NeurIPS, OSDI) preferred
