Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP microservices
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Optimize system performance while maintaining 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and drive innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong background in building RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
