Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security protocols and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Kotlin
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
