Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Architect complex system components and drive technical strategy for large-scale projects.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the development lifecycle, optimizing application performance and reliability.
- Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure code quality and stability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
