Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Processing: Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Reporting: Generate accurate, timely, and comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.
- Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and adherence to data governance and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Tools: Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) or be a strong candidate for our fully remote hybrid model.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
