Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality standards are maintained.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective long-term architectural improvements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend or full-stack architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
