Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives and storytelling
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 2+ years in gaming/hospitality industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-optimized recommendations
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or AWS Data Analytics preferred
