Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators

- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, data-driven storytelling
- Optimize data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency of analytics processes
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with healthcare industry background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experimental design experience
- Certification in AWS Data Analytics or Google Data Professional
