- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead development of cloud-native solutions on AWS with CI/CD automation
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices including containerization and infrastructure-as-code
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-ready applications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
