Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and tech talks
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLA
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker/Kubernetes
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-grade software development
- Expertise in Go/Java/Python and distributed systems
- Strong AWS/Azure/GCP certification (preferred)
- Proven track record with event-driven architectures
- Experience leading agile development teams
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs
