Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable cloud-native applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure production-quality releases
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to innovation workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring development and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and caching solutions
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with experience in cross-functional teams
