Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical architecture discussions to drive engineering excellence.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt to ensure system stability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and technical growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go, and experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
