Responsibilities
- Design scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Terraform and Jenkins

- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Drive performance optimization for distributed systems
- Collaborate with product teams on technical roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent production experience
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture
- Proficient in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade products
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
