Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualization reports using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into robust data models.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure 99.9% data accuracy.
- Prepare executive summaries and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimize SQL queries and data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a weekend shift or rotational environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong coding skills in Python or R for data manipulation.
