Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Python on AWS infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming and architecture sessions
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven performance improvements
- Document system architecture and API specifications using Swagger/OpenAPI
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with cloud-native applications
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent hands-on infrastructure experience
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL principles
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
