Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of microservices using Java, Python, and Node.js
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance and implement security best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming and system design
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
