Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architectures using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% SLA compliance
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech talks
- Champion observability initiatives (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger)
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems at scale
- Expertise in Go/Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Track record of shipping production-level microservices
- Experience with SRE principles and chaos engineering
- Strong grasp of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
