Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and microservices using modern technologies like Python and React.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong focus on software testing, quality assurance, and security best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and architectural reviews to ensure long-term system health.
- Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
