Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java, Python, and Go
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 production deployments
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and pair programming
- Architect AWS/GCP infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and SAST/DAST scans
- Champion Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience (8+ years)
- Expertise in cloud-native development (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong proficiency in at least two backend languages (Java/Python preferred)
- Proven experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, and GraphQL
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Ability to optimize system performance at scale
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
