Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product strategies
- Maintain data quality through rigorous validation and cleansing protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
