Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and executive summaries
- Maintain data quality standards and implement governance frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and at least one visualization tool
- Strong statistical background with experimental design experience
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments
