Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Python
- Lead cloud migration projects on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and Redis
- Develop secure REST APIs with OAuth 2.0 integration
- Drive Agile sprints and sprint planning ceremonies

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript frameworks
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes orchestration
