Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Design secure REST APIs with OAuth2 and JWT authentication
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching strategies
- Conduct technical workshops on AWS/Azure best practices
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and DevOps tools
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relevant AWS/Azure certifications preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
