Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the engineering team
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and DevOps
- Proven track record of shipping scalable enterprise applications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
