Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor 3+ engineers through pair programming and architectural reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive cloud migration projects with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical articles
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong algorithmic foundations
- AWS/GCP certification with production-level Kubernetes experience
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, SQS)
- Strong background in testing frameworks and TDD methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
