Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and enforce CI/CD best practices across 15+ engineering teams
- Optimize database performance for 10k+ TPS transaction systems
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Architect AWS-based solutions with Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical blog posts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Python/Go/Java)
- Strong background in distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs
