Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS/GCP environments
- Conduct threat modeling and security code reviews for federal compliance
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Document system architecture and API specifications using Swagger/OpenAPI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Proficiency in cloud-native development (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
- Expertise in RESTful API development and integration
- Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 security principles
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating full-stack development projects
